Entering the USSSA State Championship Tournament is a 3-Part Process.

1.  Call Sports America at (816) 350-2020 to let them know you are coming.

2.  Fill out the Sports America USSSA State Championship Entry form and mail it in with the Pre-Paid Gate Fee of $235.00. The Pre-Paid Gate fee replaces collecting money to enter the park and allows all your families to invite their Grand Parents, Aunts and Uncles, and Friends to get in the park for FREE. All Sports America Entries Forms must be received by Friday June 22, 2012. SPORTS AMERICA MO STATE ENTRY FORM or fill out information in box at the bottom of the page and hit add to cart to pay through PayPal with a credit card for no additional charge. (No PayPal account required)
